  • Tabitha Johnson | Founder

    is the founder of Taboo as well as Johnson Creative, a boutique agency for independent classical musicians. Taboo was born out of her observation that only a handful of emerging musical artists receive coverage for their work. She wanted to create a platform where creatives from diverse backgrounds and genres could promote their music and share the various ways they generate income.

    Tabitha also teaches Music Business and coaches voice in the Musical Theatre Department at NJCU. She holds a B.Mus. from McGill University and an M.M. from the Manhattan School of Music.

  • CIERA MILLER | ARTS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

    is a NYC based director. She is a self described  ‘stubborn hopeful '   - someone who fights to make the impossible probable with joy. Naturally, she is committed to developing new works. Ciera  holds a B.A in Theatre Arts and is ½ of the theatrical duo miller & harlow, the pair are 2023 Jonathan Larson Grant Honorable Mentions. Currently she is the Associate Director of the HADESTOWN Natl. Tour. Additional Assistant Directing  credits include: PRIMERO SUEÑO (MET Live Arts), and the world premiere of STOMPIN’ AT THE SAVOY (Delaware Theatre Company).  

  • Rose Pettinelli | CONTRIBUTOR

    hails from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, in a tightly woven Italian American musical family, Rose didn’t just grow up around music—she was literally surrounded by it.Rose is a woodwind doubler—meaning she plays not just one or two instruments, but an entire family: oboe, saxophone, clarinet, and flute. She studied jazz baritone sax and classical oboe at William Paterson during the height of COVID, and is now pursuing a master’s in woodwind doubling at Montclair State. She doesn’t always know what to call herself, but she knows how she wants to feel: expansive, authentic, free.

  • Abigail Gray

    is a pianist, teacher, and author who loves sharing her passion for music. She is also the founder of Gray Music Studios. From private lessons to creative collaborations, she brings energy, experience, and heart to everything she does. She’s the author of The Best Piano Teacher Ever: A Quickstart Guide to Starting a Piano Studio and is always exploring new ways to connect through music and writing. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pensacola Christian College.
